Crimson Racing
The Crimson Racing team competes annually in Formula SAE. In 2025, they claimed first place in innovative vehicle design and commitment to reducing carbon emissions, receiving the Cummins Sustainable Power and Performance Excellence Award.
Alabama Astrobotics
Operating inside UA's Lunar Surface Simulator, the student-led Alabama Astrobotics team designs extraterrestrial mining rovers. Their disciplined approach has earned first-place finishes in 9 of the past 13 NASA Lunabotics Challenges.
